Their US corporate tax offering has been a steadily growing part of their business and they are now looking to recruit a manager to look after a portfolio of business with interests in the UK and the US. They are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of US corporate and partnership tax knowledge.
You will need experience of the US tax treatment of foreign corporations and partnerships including a good understanding of PFICs and CFCs, solid understanding of the check-the-box regime and comprehensive experience of reviewing forms 1065, 5471, 8865, 8858 and 862.
You will be fully client handling and you will be an integral part of the growth and development of the firm. You will coordinate the delivery of compliance services and identify and execute planning.
Ideally you will have a Masters of Taxation and be CPA qualified but there will be flexibility on this. The firm can offer you an excellent salary and market leading bonus scheme.
