In this exciting role, you will:
* Take ownership of TP lead initiatives and projects within the Transfer Pricing Team, Irish Tax Team and International Transactions and Support Team whilst also liaising with senior stakeholders in the international markets.
* Take ownership of the global TP support to the Supply function.
* Lead large cross territory projects within the Group to maximize the opportunities and value that can be generated through risk mitigation strategies and value generative projects.
* Support markets in defending global transfer pricing audits.
* Lead the annual global TP year end processes review to ensure compliance with Group TP framework, such as:
a) Desktop review;
b) Pre year-end adjustments;
c) Post year-end adjustments.
d) Supply;
e) SOX
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence laterally and upwards while maintaining a strong team ethic.
In addition, you will be ACA /AITI qualified (UK or Ireland) with PQE either in a tax department of a Big 4 accountancy practice or an in-house tax department. You will have in-depth understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and have a history of managing people within a team environment
You will be a commercially astute professional, analytically strong strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate the viability of potential tax planning opportunities and constructively challenge business units in relation to the tax impact of business initiatives.
