My client is looking for you as an Assistant Manager or Manager to work across the wider business tax function on area such as mergers & acquisitions and transfer pricing. You will be able to specialise in a niche field and become a true expert but without hindering your promotion potential.
You will be a key player in the development of new business, being a point of contact for many clients and assuming real ownership over your relationship with them. This will enable you to show the Partners you will be working closely with, the excellent work you are capable of.
The role will also involve you providing complex advice on various technical issues such as transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions and cross border transactions. As part of the managerial aspect of the job you will lead a team and use your expertise to provide guidance.
Ideally you will be:
* ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent or qualified by Experience
* Accomplished in advising clients on corporate tax matters
* Excellent at communication
* Seasoned in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Capable of managing a team
