Our client provides tax compliance, advisory and transaction services to a variety of clients, including some of the world's largest multinational companies and leading private equity houses. There is a good mix of corporate M&A and Private Equity work and the Firm can offer you faster career progression than other Big 4 accountancy firms.
The role:
-Build and maintain relationships with clients
-Provide high levels of client service
-Delegate effectively and be involved in the development of junior staff
-Manage the successful delivery of transaction tax projects
-Assist in winning work by proactively leveraging existing client relationships and contribute to winning new clients
-Ensure technical excellence and practical/business driven approach.
You should have the following attributes in order to be considered:
-Excellent team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
-Relevant transaction tax experience
-Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
-Negotiation skills and an ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
-Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
-Excellent communicator
-Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
-Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
-Any of: ACA/CA/Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course/Law qualification/CTA
