Currently looking to appoint for this brand new role, this roles suits someone looking to move in house or perhaps develop their corporate in house tax experience in a more internationally focused role. Working closely with the business, applicants must have initiative and confidence to lead the profile of tax with finance managers and operations.
**Working between Central London and Essex (1 day / week)**
Working closely with the Senior EMEA Tax Manager you will:
Help deliver tax advice to the business operations within the EMEA region
Assist with the year end and interim tax reporting process
Assist with the review and monitoring of tax risks and controls
Assist with cash and reserves repatriation
Assist with group reorganisations and restructuring
Assist with tax efficiently funding operations
Assist with the preparation of UK corporation tax returns
Participate in special projects
Develop key relationships with regional and local finance directors
Key skills required;
ACA or equivalent CTA (preferred but not essential)
Sound UK tax knowledge
Some International tax knowledge
Strong awareness of tax accounting
Commercial experience preferred but not essential
Experience of using Abacus software helpful
