Pro-Tax have been instructed to work in partnership with a firm who are looking to replace a Tax Partner to run a small tax department of 4 tax professionals.
The department is a mix of corporate and personal tax, VAT and investigations with a large client base already making a profit for the team. Your remit would be to turn this tax team into a Tax Department. You will be asked to integrate the tax team into the remainder of the business and also build on all of the existing relationships by promoting cross selling of taxation services.
