Working with the Head of Tax and Structured Finance this role will support the business, providing a proactive Tax advice and guidance service.
Our client's structured finance team provides a full tax service that is proactive to the needs of the business and is now looking to enhance that capability with the addition of an experienced Tax Manager.
The role combines advisory and research activity from a funds and corporate perspective, and being a within a small team, will require involvement with compliance related issues.
The role holder will have had experience of the taxation of collective investment funds, and while is not expected to be an expert in all other areas must be prepared to be involved with, and gain an understanding of all aspects of business including funds tax and assist in identifying and managing associated risks.
