An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Global Tax function which is accountable for planning, advice, provision and compliance in respect of corporation tax, VAT, employee taxes and customs and stamp duties.
Your role will include:
* Responsibility for UK Corporate Taxation compliance for all UK companies, including preparation of Corporation Tax computations, calculation of Corporation Tax payments on account and correspondence on all matters relating to compliance with the Inland Revenue etc.
* Liaising with the Tax Accounting Support and other departments, to obtain the relevant information to prepare the analyses required.
* Reporting under US GAAP & FAS 109
* Ad hoc tax projects.
* Providing a back up for other members of the team.
Ideal candidates will hold an accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA) and a Tax qualification (ATII or CTA. You will be computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills.
