Our client, a Big 4 accountancy firm is looking to recruit a tax adviser specialized in Transaction Tax. This position will allow you to truly develop your technical skills and to work with a highly professional transaction team.
You will be given the opportunity to work with a varied client base within financial services.

Key responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Assist in winning work by proactively leveraging existing client relationships and contribute to winning new clients.
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
• Delegate effectively and be involved in the development of junior staff
• Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
• Outgoing with strong relationship skills
Experience:
• Relevant transaction tax experience
• FS industry and product knowledge preferred but not essential
• Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider commercial aspects of transactions
• Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to sustain opinion and handle challenges
• Team player with ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
• Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
• Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
• Any of В– ACA/Law qualification/CTA
