About our client
Our client is a well-known, international boutique offering legal and tax advisory services to local and international clients. With a global presence, our client employs over 1400 employees worldwide and prides themselves in offering customized solutions to each private and corporate client. Our client has been present in Switzerland for over 20 years and offers a variety of tax solutions including tax planning, EU and Swiss tax regulatory law and corporate tax advice. Due to the expansion and evolution of the business, our client is now looking for a qualified Swiss tax expert to join their Swiss practice as a Swiss tax advisor.
Job description
- As a Swiss tax advisor you will be responsible for general tax matters with a focus on international issues, including tax advices, cross- border transactions and rulings. Your focus will be on corporate income tax, stamp duty, net wealth tax and securities transfer tax.
- You will often work together with colleagues in other jurisdictions.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in law and be a Certified Swiss Tax Expert. In addition, the candidate will bring the following:
- A minimum of 6 years' tax experience within a well-known law firm or consulting firm, preferably a Big 4
- Experience with tax planning and rulings
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in an international environment
- Flexibility
- Fluency in English and German is a must
Part-time work is something which can be discussed.
