You will be working with a social office in an open floor plan and located in the town centre, just 10 minutes away from the nearest station - Leatherhead. You will manage a team and be given free rein to build a rapport with your clients. The firm encourage client relationships actively so you will be able to meet face to face for lunch and become a trusted adviser to them.
Ideally you will be STEP qualified but if you are not full study support will be provided and your starting salary will be between £45,000 and £55,000 with a flexible array of benefits to suit you.
