PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER MANAGER
This Big 4 Practice is looking for a Lawyer at Senior Manager level to join their Private Client division in London.
? Manage a varied portfolio of high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs;
? Build and maintain excellent client relationships and identify opportunities for new work;
? Be involved in marketing programmes, developing internal contacts, identifying and meeting prospective clients;
? Manage the annual compliance cycle for your portfolio of clients including reviewing tax computations and returns;
? Be involved in tax planning projects and ad-hoc advisory work, which may cover international aspects such as domicile and offshore trust work. Our team have strong links with specialists in our overseas offices and your work is likely to involve cross border planning;
? Use your networking skills to proactively grow the practice, adding real value and making an impact both on the firm and to your clients
Qualifications
? A professional Law qualification and CTA qualification preferable.
? Strong technical skills in relation to UK personal, partnership and trust/estate taxation and report writing skills
? A proven track record of advising high net worth individuals on both UK and international personal tax issues.
? Expertise in domicile and offshore trust related matters would be advantageous.
? Excellent inter-personal skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and deliver client presentations.
? A high level of self-motivation and a ?can-do? attitude
