EXPERIENCED PERSONAL TAX SENIOR JOB TO WORK FOR A HIGHLY RESPECTED AND VERY WELL ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE BASED IN POOLE, DORSET
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an accountancy practice, specialising in personal tax matters. Practical experience and team fit will be key factors in this appointment, and the firm are happy to consider candidates who are "qualified by experience", as well as those who are qualified ATT and/or CTA. You will be preparing tax returns for the clients in your portfolio and be able to answer questions from clients and give advice on straightforward matters. You will also undertake work delegated by senior members of the tax department and deal with administrative matters from time to time. The ability to work on your own initiative is essential.
Reporting to the Tax Team Manager, you may also be responsible for supervision of tax trainees or tax assistants and key responsibilities will be preparing tax returns and giving advice to clients for a wide range of clients.
