Our client, a global accountancy firm are looking to recruit a Performance & Reward (Share Schemes) Manager/Senior Manager to their Human Capital team in Manchester.
Ideally you will be an experienced manager or senior manager with strong experience of the design and implementation of share schemes in the UK and globally.
Sitting in an experienced team of performance and reward specialists your responsibilities will include building and maintaining tax relationships with clients whilst looking to generate new clients and building up a portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting or tax qualification or otherwise be qualified by experience. Share Schemes experience is essential to this position.
