If you are looking for the next step in your career this role will offer you the chance to work closely with experienced directors and partners in a mixed tax capacity dealing largely with ad hoc projects for corporate and private clients. You will enjoy work that includes corporate reconstruction, advising non-doms on income and trust structures, property transactions, family companies with succession issues as well as profit extraction and income protection. It is expected that you will have a strong grounding in mixed tax issues, although it is understood that you may have a bias towards either personal or corporate tax.

Skills and personal attributes required:
· Solid technical background and ideally ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
· Experience of tax planning, advisory, trust, non-domicile issues.
· Exposure to share schemes.

· Excellent client facing skills.
· Project management.
· Supervisory Skills.
· Written and oral communication skills.
· Assertiveness and confidence in knowledge and ability.
