This International firm has an opening for an ambitious Manager to join its market leading M & A tax group. In addition to providing high level technical tax input into transactions you will be responsible for developing the business through proactive management of existing client relationships and helping win new work. The firm has an excellent client base, and also has a strong foothold in the private equity market, and its M & A team consequently get involved in complex and often high profile transactions. The main technical thrust of the role will centre on structuring transactions and you will also be involved in tax due diligence assignments (and hence strong report writing skills is a key requirement for the role). Ideally you will already have practical experience of dealing with tax issues related to corporate and / or private equity transactions. However candidates with a more general corporate tax advisory background will also be considered. The role will appeal to confident self-starters, with strong communication skills, who thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
