As a senior member of the Tax group, you will be responsible for assisting Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department.
This is a role suited to those who enjoy business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.
You will actively participate in the management of the group through Partner/Manager meetings and by attendance at social functions. Strong staff management skills are needed as you will be training more junior staff both on the job and through monitoring exam and on the job performance, whilst consistently providing feedback.
This role will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to progress quickly as they have an excellent track record of internal promotion.
