Having overall control and responsibility for the International and Corporate Tax division, the primary aspects of this role are as follows:
- Providing tax services to large corporate and international tax clients
- Having overall management responsibilities of a large division
- Ad hoc tax advisory work for large corporate and international clients
- Chairing tax partner/manager technical meetings
- Advising international tax clients, predominantly focused on US based corporations
- Leading the Corporate and International Tax division, spearheading its success through recruitment, as well as overseeing the appraisal procedure for all junior members of the division
You will have significant managerial director-level experience within the International tax arena. Furthermore, you should be a recognised subject-matter expert within corporate tax with experience working with multi-national corporate organisations.
