Our client, a firm of professional advisors has identified a strategic need to recruit an International Tax Partner.
The Role:
This is a lead Partner role with a remit to play a key part in the growth of the corporate international tax advisory business. Our client sees a huge opportunity to grow and take market share from the larger players.
Other responsibilities include:
? Develop business from the existing international network and client base
? Bring in new clients from your own network and other channels
? Maintain tax relationships with existing clients and provide high levels of client service
? Significant involvement in the management of the business both in terms of strategy and operations
The Person:
You will currently be operating at Director or Partner level within a Big 4 firm or equivalent and seek the challenge of moving to an environment where you are able to exert more influence over your business.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
? Proven relationship builder evidenced by a number of close and lasting connections with your client base
? Accomplished business development skills with a track record of winning new clients
? Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team
? Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams
? Excellent communication skills
