This financial services group is looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to join the private equity business.
This a pure advisory and structuring role and as such you will be responsible for making structures as tax efficient as possible. You will look at M&A, international structuring as well as financing and re-financing.
You will need to be ACA qualified with significant international M&A tax experience.
