This is an outstanding in-house tax opportunity offering high quality work with a highly reputable group. Reporting into the director of tax this role will focus on high level corporate tax compliance whilst also involving tax reporting and general UK tax advisory work.
The successful applicant will be allocated a portfolio of group companies and be given responsibility for full corporation tax compliance. Tax is a high profile part of this successful and well known organisation and so knowledge of all recent change in legislation will be critical. Additionally you will deal with technical tax enquiries from HMRC, advise the business on the tax implications on a wide variety of commercial transactions and provide a broad business advisory service.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you will need to be ACA or CTA qualified with solid exposure to UK corporate tax, ideally gained within a large national accountancy firm. Technically robust, you will have first-rate interpersonal skills and consider yourself a natural self-starter. This is a genuine opportunity for someone to develop a career in commerce.
