Big 4 office based in Reading requires an Expatriate tax manager to join its growing team. The firm has ambitious plans for this team, and you will need to be motivated to help grow the business and work proactively to develop opportunities with clients and offer a bespoke service for individual clients. This position is unique in that the successful candidate will be tasked with generating business and expanding the team further, paving the way for quick career progression.
Reporting to the Expatriate Tax Director and responsible for the junior members of the team, the key aspects of this role are as follows:
- Building relationships with client HR and finance teams
- Assist clients with their internationally mobile staff
- Conduct entry and exit consultations
- Managing tax return and payroll compliance work of the team
- Liaise daily with internationally mobile client employees
- Dealing with Finance Managers, Tax Directors and senior executives within client organisations
You will have a managerial background in UK Expatriate from a Big 4, Top tier or commercial organisation. Furthermore you will need to have good technical knowledge and the ability to practically apply this. This role will pay up to 65k and is highly sought after.
