This Big 4 team in London are looking to recruit a manager or senior manager to join their middle markets / listed team, to work with clients outside the FTSE100: from medium listed corporates to PE houses and inbound corporate groups.
The team are looking for technically strong advisers who have trained in a Top 20 firm, and can step into a manager or senior manager role to take on a portfolio.
* Planning projects, ad hoc advisory work
* Frequent international aspects
* Technical research and report writing
* Tailoring plans to specific client needs
* Support and development of junior staff
* International structuring work
* Review of compliance (outsourced preparation)
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified, with excellent corporate experience gained in a Big 4 or Top 20 firm. However, candidates with HMRC backgrounds / legal backgrounds may also be of interest.
Candidates should be all round advisers with business acumen, ready to take the next step in a Big 4.
