Central London based Big 4 firm is offering up to 95k base in order to attract a talented and driven Senior M&A Manager to join its team. This position has come about due to recent success and expansion within the Corporate M&A Tax division and the successful candidate will become part of a high profile team. The focus of this role will be on developing a strong client portfolio, and controlling the deal cycle from cradle to grave.
Whilst reporting to the Partner and tasked with managing the junior members of the division, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Handling the deal cycle from cradle to grave
- Managing a portfolio of high profile projects advising UK and international clients
- Assisting in both the buy-side and sell-side of M&A roles
- Working predominantly on transaction related work
- Client business development
- Taking an active part in management of the firm through consistent contact with Partners and other managers
You will be ACA qualified or equivalent, and have a proven understanding of M&A Tax within a professional services firm. Due to the fact that this position has come about due to success within the team, you will be expected to maintain and build upon the standards already set. If this is achieved, you will be remunerated and promoted promptly as there is no glass ceiling at this Big 4 firm.
